REIN-AID

Rein-Aid® Inserts, $32.95
COLORS
Rein-Aid® inserts easily attach to your current bridle and promote the feeling of an elastic, following contact. Rein-Aid® inserts encourages horses to relax, accept the bit and round through their topline. A leather loop limits the stretch of elastic for precision and safety. Rein-Aid® inserts teaches the rider the feeling of soft hands without changing their ability to control the horse.
The Rein-Aid® inserts buckles to the bit and the reins buckle to a ring on the Rein-Aid® inserts as shown in the photo (above). Riders should tie a knot in the bight (end) of their reins if the reins become excessively long and shorter reins are not available. The Elasto-Rein® eliminates this problem as the elastic and loop are built directly into the reins. If you wish to compete with the advantages of Rein-Aid®, you will need to order the Elasto-Rein® as the Rein-Aid® insert is not considered legal equipment for most competitions.

Elasto-Rein®, $95.99
COLORS/STYLES
Elasto-Rein® has all the advantages of Rein-Aid® inserts built into a traditional rein. The elastic is sewn into the rein and the rein loops to allow the elastic to stretch. As with the Rein-Aid® inserts, control is not compromised as the loop of rein limits the stretch of elastic. Elastic color matches the leather for a discreet, effective rein with a classical appearance. Rein-Aid® Productions, the makers of Rein-Aid® inserts, has introduced Elasto-Rein® in response to customer demand. This is a whole rein available in many styles, with the elastic control loop (as seen in the Rein-Aid® inserts) built discreetly into the rein. Elasto-Rein® is a compassionate aid that improves the quality of contact necessary for competitive performances in a variety of disciplines. They are legal for USAE/USDF Dressage, Showhunters, Jumpers and the jumping phases of Eventing (at this time they are not legal for the dressage phase of eventing). Elasto-Rein® is also commonly used to improve the horses comfort during Endurance/Trail rides, Barrel racing, Roping and Foxhunting.

Soft-Lunge®, $39.95
OPTIONS
Once you lunge with the Soft-Lunge® you will never use any other lunge line. The added elastic creates a soft, yet precise connection enhancing the communication between horse and handler. Soft-Lunge® teaches the horse to yield to the pressure of the lunge line without suddenly hitting the end of the line and being jerked. Soft-Lunge® should be snapped directly to the inside bit ring and may be used with or without sidereins to improve the horse’s response to the bit and the correct development of the horses muscles. Soft-Lunge® encourages the horse to remain on a light contact with the lungeline allowing the handler to achieve a soft, round, perfect circle! Made in U.S.A. Soft-Lunge® features quality cotton webbing with a solid brass snap or chain. Bridle leather limits the stretch of elastic to provide a soft feel without compromising control. The leather button end allows the handler to feel the end of the lungeline without the risk of becoming trapped in a loop handle.
Natural color only. Solid brass chain attachment also available.

Rein-Aid® Draw Reins, $49.95
COLORS
These Rein-Aid® Draw Reins contain elastic and softly explain to the horse where to carry his head. The ‘give’ keeps the horse supple and prevents the horse from feeling trapped. The softer effect of Rein-Aid® Draw Reins also encourage the horse to remain round in his back and reach towards the contact without coming behind the bit. Suitable for schooling on the flat or over fences in place of traditional draw reins when that little extra help is needed. These innovative Rein-Aid® Draw Reins are for use by experienced riders only. Do not use constantly or in place of direct reins. Although the elastic softens the force of these draw reins, care should be taken not to exert too much pressure on the horse’s mouth as this could cause the horse to flip backwards or fall over.
77" long, Rein-Aid® Draw Reins snap to the center ring of your breastplate then run through the snaffle bit rings back to the rider’s hands. The elastic is backed by leather and placed close to the breastplate snaps ensuring no interference with the way the draw reins slide through the bit rings.
Made in the U.S.A with English bridle leather and durable quality snaps.
